Will my dogs have a fun holiday at Cosheston Home BoardingAt Cosheston Dog Services we are all about the dog. We will tailor our time and home to your dog's needs. We are situated in a perfect location for walks in woods and on the beach for dogs happy on a lead. And for off lead time we have 3 1/2 acres of land for dogs to explore and run around in with enclosed areas. We can adapt to energetic dogs and older less active dogs. There are no cats. There are five sofas to choose from as well as room for dog beds for dogs not allowed on the sofa. Dogs cannot go upstairs because we have teenagers who are not very well house-trained. We have a lovely conservatory for sunbathing and lounging in the daytime and summer evenings. And for cold frosty evenings a cosy wood burner to toast us all (with access to the conservatory for dogs that get too warm!). We also have a dog area in the kitchen warmed by the Aga. And plenty of human minions to meet all dog needs; food, snacks, cleaning and transportation not to mention snuggles to ensure the perfect doggy holiday. And whilst your dog is having a great time you might like to go away too.

What dogs do you take?We welcome family friendly dogs who are well behaved, non-destructive and house trained. We are happy with older dogs, dogs on medication or with special diets. we do not take entire males or females in season.
-
What do we bring with our dog?We will need enough of your dogs usual food for the duration of the holiday. We have fridge and freezer space as needed. And any special treats. We have beds but a dog is welcome to bring their own and any special toys however, please do not bring anything precious as we cannot guarantee that it will not get attention from our dogs. Please bring their own collar, lead and harness. And any jumpers, coats, etc. We can discuss all this beforehand.
-
How do I become registered with Cosheston Dog Services for Home Boarding? The first step is to arrange a Meet and Greet. This is where you can check us out and most importantly the dogs get to meet up. Your dog's holiday with us will only work if the dogs get on so this is a really important step and a licence requirement. It will give us chance for a discussion about your dog(s) needs. We will take notes so that each time you book your dog's stay everything will already be in place and only a quick up date will be necessary.
-
Do dogs need to be vaccinated?Dogs need to be vaccinated including kennel cough. We need to see the vaccination card and keep a copy. Dogs must have been flea and worm treated. This is all a licence requirement.
-
What are your fees?We charge per day including drop off and collection day. However if we can agree an early collection at a time to suit we will wave the fee for collection day. For the first dog it is £30 per day and each subsequent dog is £25. So two dogs will be £55 per day. We require 50% at time of booking which is non-refundable. We require the balance one month before the stay which is then non-refundable.
-
Will I get regular updates? We are happy to keep you informed and as a minimum to send a daily text. And you can ring us within 9.0am and 8.0pm for an up-date.
